Richard F. Smith
Mr. Smith is CEO of Business Development. His responsibilities also include Program Management and Customer Service. He is also involved in the management of SIU and complex investigations. Additionally Mr. Smith provides continuing education courses for Ally customers and professional associations.
Mr. Smith has over 30 years of experience in the private investigation industry. He has performed surveillance, statements/EUOs, background investigations, financial investigations, due diligence and fire cause and origin investigations. He has extensive experience in case management and the investigation of complex and high exposure insurance claims.
Before joining Ally Investigations Inc., Mr. Smith was an executive with a large investigation company responsible for Business Development, Program Management and Major accounts. He has worked with self-Insured employers, third party administrators, insurance companies and law firms to establish strategic and cost-effective investigation programs.
Mr. Smith is a licensed Private Investigator in CA, NY, FL and the District of Columbia. He is also a Certified Fire/Cause & Origin Investigator.

Anthony “Tony” Peters
Mr. Peters is CEO of Operations. In this capacity Mr. Peters manages all field investigators at Ally to ensure the best possible outcomes of all investigations and that the expectations of customers are being met. He is also involved in the management of SIU and complex surveillance investigations.
Mr. Peters has over 28 years of experience in the private investigation industry. He has extensive experience conducting and managing a variety of investigations including surveillance/sub-rosa. He has personally conducted over 70,000 hours of field surveillance and is a court-certified expert in surveillance. His experience includes the investigations of workers compensation, disability, liability, family law matters as well as threat assessment cases.
Before founding Ally Investigations Inc., Mr. Peters was an Investigation Supervisor with a large investigation company and was responsible for managing numerous field investigators.
Mr. Peters is a licensed Private Investigator in CA.
