Ally Investigations Inc. is full service investigation company that provides a wide variety of investigative services. Ally was born from over 50 years of combined investigative and customer service experience. Utilizing this experience Ally focuses on what our customers need and expect: communication, experience, quality, innovation and speed.


Communication

Communication with our customers is a critical factor to the successful handling of any investigation. Ally will not commence an investigation without first having a complete understanding of what our customer expects from the investigation. Since every investigation is different, Ally maintains close communication with the customer throughout the course of the investigation. As an investigation unfolds information is often developed that influences the original investigation plan. We will immediately communicate these developments to our customer so changes can be made to the plan of action if necessary.

 


Experience

Ally employs only experienced field investigators. Whether your assignment entails, surveillance, statements, background and social media investigations or litigation support, the investigator will be experienced and have a keen understanding of your investigative needs.  On average, our surveillance investigators have 11 years of experience and our claims/litigation support investigators have 15 years of experience.  This experience, coupled with the close oversight of every case by a member of the Executive Management Team, will ensure the best possible outcome on every investigation.

 


Quality

The quality of an investigation is our #1 priority at Ally. While the outcome of an investigation can not be  guaranteed or predicted, the quality of an investigation can be.  Ally produces quality investigations by communicating closely with our customers, leveraging technology and utilizing experienced investigators. Furthermore all investigation reports and associated evidence undergo an extensive quality control process and are reviewed by a member of the Executive Management Team before being presented to our customer.

Speed

To maximize the effectiveness of an investigation the results must be communicated as close to real-time as possible. At Ally our customers receive information as soon it is developed, and its accuracy is confirmed.  This includes daily updates on all surveillance investigations and the video evidence obtained.   This allows our customers to make rapid decisions often resulting in saving time and money.
